If I can't, I'll try to at least point you in the right direction.

I will send you a plan, including

  • steps we can take,
  • how I would execute them, and
  • costs involved.

Throughout a projects, I

  • will talk to you at least weekly,
  • track progress transparently, and
  • transfer skills where possible.

The latter is optional, but I will put in the hours if you don't want to be dependent on me down the line.

Throughout all these steps, I will be available for you to call me any time.
